In order to provide you with the best possible service, we welcome any questions, comments and suggestions about our products and services. The best way to contact us is by e-mail and all of our contact details can be found on the 'contact us' tab which appears on the top menu bar of this website. We endeavour to answer all enquiries on the same day they are received or within 48 hours if sent during a weekend.

PRICES & CONTENT:
Organic Trevarno takes the utmost care to ensure prices and the content of this website, including product descriptions, photographs and ingredients are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude post and package charges. Prices may change over time. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABLILTY:
Organic Trevarno produce all own brand skincare products and soaps by hand in small batches. Due to the nature of the products we produce, being free from artificial preservatives, we are only able to guarantee a maximum shelf life of 12 months from purchase.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.
You can pay for your purchases by PayPal or credit/debit card (through either Sage Pay or PayPal). Select the appropriate payment method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us, we would be happy to accept a cheque by post.
During the checkout procedure you will be transferred to your chosen secure payment site, either PayPal or Sage Pay where your payment will be processed.
Organic Trevarno DOES NOT have access to or hold ANY personal card details or information.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DISPATCH CONFIRMATION:
Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order.
We will do our best to deliver goods promptly however we cannot accept liability for delay in delivery for any cause. See our Delivery information on each product page for more details.
PRIVACY & SECURITY:
The trade marks, logos and service marks ('intellectual property') displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Organic Trevarno, our affiliates and our licensors and are protected by UK and international trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property or that of our suppliers without our or their prior written consent.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
Organic Trevarno shall not be held liable for any damages, injury or illness caused by the misuse of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read all product instructions carefully, to use the product strictly for the purpose it was designed for, and to ensure that the product is used in a safe and reasonable manner. Organic Trevarno shall not be held responsible for any damages, injury or illness that occurs due to an allergic reaction, or as the result of any other unforeseen occurrence.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Customer or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.
CHANGES TO LEGAL NOTICES:
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.

SERVICES & MARKETING:
Organic Trevarno uses your information for the limited purpose of processing your order and we will not share your private information with anyone except where it is part of providing a service to you e.g sending your order via Royal Mail.
We may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail or post. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties.
If you register your e-mail with us for new product updates and promotions via our weekly newsletter, your e-mail address will be kept safe on our database and, once again, it will never be disclosed to any third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you. You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties by contacting Organic Trevarno using the 'Contact' information on the top menu bar of our website.
Organic Trevarno on-line ordering service is fully secure. Our payment systems provider uses the very latest industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information and to ensure absolute safety.
All credit card transactions processed from this site use 128 bit encryption to create a safe and secure shopping experience for you. Once you get to the payment stage, you will enter a secure area and your credit card details are handled by the highest security standards available. Organic Trevarno currently delivers to UK, European and international customers. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Organic Trevarno offers the following delivery options:
Items dispatched by standard delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Post) should arrive within 3-5 working days (subject to the postal service), but please allow longer around Bank Holidays and peak times e.g Christmas. Customer Services will however contact you if there is going to be any delay.
Next Day UK
Next day UK delivery costs £8.95, please call us before 10am on the day to arrange, or the afternoon before to allow us time to book our courier. UK orders valued at approximately £75.00 and over may be sent by Recorded delivery or courier requiring a signature on receipt.
When you place an order the postage will be calculated automatically, so please check you agree with the total before you confirm an order.
Standard delivery charges are as follows:

Order value of £12.00 and over - £3.50
Order value of £75.00 and over - Free!
EU Standard delivery charges are as follows:
Order value up to £18.00 - £3.75
Order value up to £35.00 - £5.95
Order value up to £75.00 - £10.45
Order value over £75.00 - £15.00
Rest of World delivery charges are as follows:
Order value up to £18.00 - £5.95
Order value up to £35.00 - £10.45

Unfortunately we are unable to ship products to America or Canada.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Customers outside of the EU please note VAT will be refunded to the card you have paid with at the point of dispatch.
DELAYED / LOST ORDERS:
Our delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders. Though it is highly unlikely for deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. Organic Trevarno is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
For security reasons, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you. If you place multiple orders within a short period of time (generally 24-48 hours) your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order.
Organic Trevarno will offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. Simply return the item/s to Organic Trevarno (address below) in their original condition within 28 days of receipt together with a basic explanation of your reasons for wanting to return the products. We will issue a refund (excluding delivery fees) within 14 working days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Organic Trevarno Returns
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS:
We recommend that you inspect your entire order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please, contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You may be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to Organic Trevarno in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that credit card charges are not refunded.
